Our intention is to create a space for celebrating wellness, health and healing through various modalities. Our instructors and therapists are qualified and certified professionals dedicated to providing complementary approaches to traditional medicine, allowing you to bring awareness into your life regarding mind, body and spirit.
We offer ongoing and specialized classes including T'ai Chi, Yoga, Meditation, Qi Gong, Hooping, Esoteric Studies, Aromatherapy, Energy Wellness, Stress and Pain Management, Reiki Certification (Japanese Relaxation Therapy) and Chakra Clearing. Individual and Group sessions are available. Services include Massage Therapy/Energy Work, Reiki, Reflexology, and Life Coaching.
